Snabbit Raises $5.5 Million to Redefine Home Services in India’s Hyperlocal Market

$5.5 Million Funding Round Announced

Snabbit, a rising player in the on-demand home services sector, has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding. Elevation Capital led the round, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners and prominent angel investors Vidit Aatrey, Sanjeev Barnwal, Gaurav Munjal, and Niraj Singh. This follows the company’s earlier $1 million seed round in 2024, also led by Nexus Venture Partners.

Empowering Home Service Solutions

Founded in 2024 by Aayush Agarwal, Snabbit addresses the need for fast, professional home services, including cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry. The app promises a 15-minute arrival time for its users, ensuring quick and reliable service.

Agarwal explained that Snabbit operates on a full-stack model, directly handling workforce sourcing, training, and management. This approach not only guarantees high service standards but also supports workers by offering consistent incomes and benefits like health and accident insurance.

Expansion Plans Underway

Currently operating in select neighborhoods in Mumbai, Snabbit plans to use the new funding to expand its services to additional cities and grow its team. The company has already built a customer base of thousands through organic marketing, showcasing strong demand for high-frequency home services. Agarwal described India’s market as an untapped opportunity for innovation in this segment.

Backing from Investors

Manish Advani of Elevation Capital praised Snabbit’s ability to combine affordability and speed in the home services industry. He described the startup as uniquely positioned to scale nationwide and reshape household convenience.

Suvir Sujan of Nexus Venture Partners emphasized Snabbit’s focus on hyperlocal markets, calling its operational model both innovative and worker-friendly. He highlighted the company’s potential to transform the home services sector while creating value for customers and service providers alike.
